From York to Sussex

At the Ministry of Tourism, Kevin provides us
with valuable feedback on the project.

Sierra Leone possesses some of the world's best unspoiled beaches.  The OPIS Foundation has located and negotiated a five miles long beach location where we propose to create a hotel and vacation resort. Our project has been accepted by the Sierra Leone authorities. With seven thousand acres located between a white sand beach and the wildlife reserve and famous mountains which gave their name to Sierra Leone, the resort will include two hotels, a marina, two golf courses as well as all the water activities one would expect in a first class resort. Sierra Leone provides some of the best waters for deep sea fishing, while the nearby wildlife resort located in the nearby mountains will provide ample opportunity for excursions and horseback riding.  As part of the infrastructure, the twenty miles road between Freetown and York will need to be completed.

While we will manage the development of the York to Sussex beach area, we do not intend to keep the entire beach for ourselves but will welcome the venue of additional investors who will benefit from the infrastructure we have put in place and create additional jobs along the beach area. Each one of our hotels will have about four hundred rooms and will be located at each end of the beach.  We anticipate that it will take three years to develop the project.

In a second phase, we intend to develop a subdivision where each house will have a dock for their boat in the York natural harbor.  We propose that this second phase will be built from the revenues generated through the first phase of the project described in this business plan.
